Shipping & Delivery Policy
Shipping Methods
We offer shipping through UPS, USPS, and local logistics services. You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout based on availability and your location. If you require a different shipping method, please contact us before placing your order at contact@tnttattoos.com.
Order Processing & Shipping Times
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During peak times, processing may take up to 7 business days.
Delivery Time:
- UPS: 2-8 business days
- USPS & Local Logistics: 5-15 business days
- International Orders: Varies based on location and selected shipping method.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow extra time for delivery during holiday periods.
Handling Time: We strive to ship all orders received on weekdays (Monday-Friday) on the same day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship the following Monday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Free Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping for orders over $200 within the Mainland U.S. only. This does not apply to:
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, or U.S. Territories.
Order Cancellations
Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled for a full refund if the product has not yet shipped. Contact us at contact@tnttattoos.com as soon as possible to request cancellation.
After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it. In such cases, you may refuse the package upon delivery and return it following our return policy.
International Shipping
Customers outside the U.S. may place orders as long as the shipping region is supported at checkout.
Two Shipping Options:
- US Warehouse – Faster delivery but may incur higher shipping costs.
- Asian Warehouse – Lower-cost shipping, but longer delivery time.
Shipping times vary by country. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Address Changes After Shipment
Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address once an order has been shipped. Please verify your shipping information before completing your order.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but is missing, please contact UPS or USPS directly. Once the carrier marks the package as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Stolen Packages: If you believe your package was stolen, file a claim with UPS or USPS and provide us with a claim number at contact@tnttattoos.com.
Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos or videos and contact UPS or USPS for package details. Send us the evidence at contact@tnttattoos.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Tracking & Status Updates
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Orders are shipped from our USA warehouse. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after your order is shipped.

Response times may be longer during holidays or peak seasons. Please allow 24-72 business hours(1-3 business days) for a response.
We do ask that you are patient with us. Our system populates tickets by oldest to newest so if you contact us multiple times, please know this will place you at the back of the queue.
