RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you receive the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us by email at contact@tnttattoos.com with a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Return Procedure
Please return the goods within 14 days of notifying us at the following address:

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with original packaging. Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Please note Klarna does not accept store credit as a refund method.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery with clear photos or videos showing the issue, including packaging. Upon approval, we will offer a replacement or full refund. Claims for shipping damage should be filed directly with the carrier.
