RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to hygiene and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds under any circumstances.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us within 3 business days of delivery.
- Please provide clear photos or videos of the issue, including packaging and product condition.
- If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.
- We are not responsible for items damaged during shipping. Please file a claim with the shipping carrier if your package was mishandled in transit.
EXCHANGES
- If an exchange is approved, the item must be returned in original condition (unworn, unused, with tags and packaging).
